   Patrolman Clarence Casper was killed in a two-vehicle accident when he was struck by a car making a left-hand turn while on his motorcycle.

   He suffered multiple fractured bones and internal injuries, and died from his injuries at St. Joseph Hospital.

   Patrolman Casper was survived by his wife, two children and father.
