   Patrolman Clarence Casper was killed in a two-vehicle accident when he was struck by a car making a left-hand turn while on his motorcycle.

   He suffered multiple fractured bones and internal injuries, and died from his injuries at a local hospital.

   Patrolman Casper was survived by his wife, two children and father.
