   Deputy Ova Vaughn was electrocuted when he came in contact with a live utility line with 6,900 volts of electricity while directing traffic at an accident scene.

   A passing motorist was also killed when he came in contact with the same utility line.

   Deputy Vaughn was survived by his wife, 17-year-old son, sister and father.
